~Pokemon History~
Kane: Before Fukurou left on his quest to gather all the information possible on every Pokemon known to man, Giovanni gave him a level five Cubone, warning him not to go off on his own in the world of Pokemon. Through constant battles with wild Pokemon, Trainers, and Gym Leaders alike, Cubone evolved into a strong Marowak. Together with Donphan or Gligar, Kane can execute deadly combination moves. Named "Kane" after Fukurou's alleged father.
Donphan: Within two months of setting out on his journey with Kane alone, Fukurou was exploring Rock Tunnel, one of his favorite spots. While exiting the cave he heard a loud cry and went to check it out. When he arrived at the site, there was a young Phanpy, trapped, with it's leg beneath a boulder and it's trunk beneath it's leg, leaving it helpless. Using Bonemerang, Kane broke the boulder to pieces and freed the Phanpy. After reading it's thoughts and memories, Fukurou concluded that the Phanpy had crossed the waters between Kanto and Jhoto on the back of a Tentacruel and had gotten completely lost. The pact was formed then and there, an unbreakable friendship between Kane and Phanpy. Since then, Panphy has evolved into Donphan and knows many powerful combination moves with Kane.
Gligar: Five months after starting his journey, Fukurou caught glimpse of a strange silhouette in the sky, gliding on the tail end of a hurricane that had passed from Jhoto. He got to the highest ground he could and saw it there; Gligar. It stood there motionlessly. With a quick Rollout from Phanpy, it was taken down and captured with a Great Ball. Gligar has proven to be quick and reliable to Fukurou in many situations.
