Another day, another entry.
Saturday night the DHC (Douglas Honors Collage) went to see the East Village Opera Company. All I have to say is; OHMYFREAKINGGOD!!!!!!!!
The drummer was a freaking blur half the time. The clarinet was *shiver*.... yeah...
And the violin player (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Ok, so the whole thing (if you don't know) is opera set to rock music.
So you need you clarinet and violin, but you have a set and bass and electric guitar. ^^
So this violin player... She was freaking ROCKING OUT on her violin. We're talking head banging and everything. *faints* *sigh* Happiness.
I splurged... I bought all their cd's. I know, shame on me. But I NEEDED them!!!
Anyway.
So yesterday was a chore day. Nothing really exciting.
I have my first project due today. It's just a group speech thing that's closer to the Socratic seminars from AP. I get to talk about the Trojan war and Aphrodite for an hour and a half... ok, I have to let other people talk, but my group said I get to do the bulk of the talking. ^^ YAY
Nothing like being in your element... *content sigh*
