Setting razz reliminaries;Shiquo meniacally laughing

Shiquo:ITS-TIME-TO-SHIIIINNEEE!!!
-----dark blue chakra starts to engulf Shiquo's body-----

-----Shiquo instantly "transported" in back of Luigi and cross hand hit him across the back of his neck;Luigi flies across the arena-----
Danny:Luigi!
Hoyate: (whispering to himself)It's over.

Luigi sad back to Shiquo)I dont want to hurt you now,so give up.
Shiquo sad deepened voice due to chakra overflow)Yeah right!
Luigi:Well then...DIE!
-----Luigi runs across arena in a split of a second and scratches/punches Shiquo in the face;Shiquo blocks with hands but it blown away making a hole in the wall-----
6th Hokage:Never has this happened in Chunin Exam history.But should I restrain their chakra before something out of hand happens?
-----dark figure stands in dust cloud at the hole;Shiquo runs across the arena to Luigi,blowing punches with him,time with time,power with power;Luigi jumps backward;Shiquo takes that chance to punch him,but Luigi poofs away;cracks form under Shiquo;Shiquo notices but
Luigi gets him with a rasengan and blows him out of the roof of the building-----
Nib:Woah!
-----seconds later Shiquo comes back crashing through the floor forming another hole in the roof;Shiquo turns back to normal as due Luigi-----
Hoyate:Luigi is the winner of this round!
Danny:Yeah!Great job!
Yesenia:Good.
Nib:That was crazy!

Naruto(6th Hokage):Now that the preliminaries are done and you seven,eight including Richy who isnt here,are chosen,its time to tell you about the 3rd Exam.It will be held in one month-
Nib:Why one month?
Naruto:I'm getting to it.During this time,you will need to learn more jutsu for your arsenal because the rest of your competition knows all about you now.Also,the 3rd exam wont be the same as the preliminaries.You will be chosen by me and others by your skills.
Luigi:What are you talkin 'bout?
Naruto:You will only be chosen if your actions seem Chunin-like.Maybe all of you will become Chunin.Maybe some of you.Maybe none of you.
Nib:Even if we win?
Naruto:Even if you win,you might not become a Chunin.
Danny:That's not fair.
Naruto:Those are the rules.Now each of you will pick a paper from the box Kanko is holding and then she will record it.Each paper will have a number on it and Richy will get the one left over.Now pick.

The preliminaries are finished.The last 8 are chosen for the month that comes.
