A small motor boat cruises down a swamp like island. This is a renown spot for hunting but people stopped using it after a while. “Man think of all the animals that have had time to “repopulate” if you know what I mean” I sat in the back of the boat. I really didn’t want to be hear but my friends arent that bright and I didn’t want them getting hurt. “Do you have to turn everything into something perverted?” I asked jokingly. We had me, my two friends Jack and Carlos, and some girls we knew Sam and Jane. “I didn’t think they would want to go but it might have been Jack trying to get out of the being a “sausage fest”

We drifted along the river for what seemed like an eternity and saw not one animal. Soon this intoxicating smell began to rot the air. The girls began to dry heave and I looked around holding my nose. When I looked to my right my eyes widened with horror. Hundreds of animals were scattered on the riverbanks. Maggots and carnivores had long since had their fill and they were rotting. “Alright we are getting the ******** out here” said Carlos. He ran to the motor and began trying to start it up. “What are we out of fuel or something?” I said. Carlos sat down in disbelief. “Look for yourself…”he murmured. I got up and took a look. The oil tank had been slashed and the propeller its self was just gone….

“If this is some joke you guys cut this s**t out alright the joke is over” said Sam. I looked Sam in the eyes for two seconds and she looked into the sky acknowledging me. Jane began to tear up and cry and Sam hugged her trying to console her. Smoke began to rise in the distance and Jack stood up quickly. “Hey look there fire!” yelled Jack. “And fire means people right?” said Jane raising her head from crying. “And as usual I got stuck with delivering the bad news answer that ruins the mood. “The kind of people that would do this?” I said. everyone’s faces dimmed as they looked into the distance.
