Can you hear the hallelujah chorus? Two more days. Technically, one day and one hour and I'm free for 9 days! 9 days with no school, minimal homework, no Color Guard, Thanksgiving baking madness, hanging with the family, getting to know my tae kwon do teaching roommate, and totally chilling it out with Opal and Amethyst! Can't freakin wait! We're gonna go see Twilight (not on opening night cause I'd like to survive the night thank you), Madagascar 2, maybe sneak into HSM 3. I don't really care so long as we get to hang out. We've all been so busy, it's hard to find time for us to get together and just talk and be friends. Can't wait!
Get to go grocery shopping on Saturday for Thanksgiving stuff. I'm totally going all out this year. Biscuits, pie, stuffed mushrooms, stuffing, cornbread, twice baked potatoes, green beans, the whole shibang! Cooking spree! Oh, Thanksgiving's like the best holiday ever! (at least for cooking enthusiasts like me) Hm, I wonder if our new roommate intends to stay fro dinner.... He's more then welcome to (I could always use another cooking guinea pig. Bwahahaha) xd
Busy with school and packing for the big move (which inccidently is happening while I'm away at dads so...yeah). Got to clear out the cooking cupboards today after I got back from Wednesday Night Help (woohoo! Sorry, instinctive reaction). Am now downloading All Time Low, Mayday Parade, and Christmas CDs I swiped from Lauren. Went to her house yesterday and today after practice and amazingly, made no cookies or cake whatsoever. Scary.
It was Missy's 17 Birthday today though so I brought her a double chocolate cake (well, mom made it actually since I fell asleep on my homework last night without making the promised goodies). She seemed to enjoy it (even though Dominique brought her a funfetti cake which she ate earlier). Woke up a 6:00AM this morning just so I could make that cake only to find mom had already done it which woulda been great had I not already been dressed and ready for school and so not tired. So I spent a good half an hour working on History homework and wishing I'd slept till 7 at least, but hey, whatcha gonna do?
