k yesterday i was in the hospital becasue when i woke up i was having difficulty breatheing, so i went to the hospital and the doctors said i probbly puntucred my lung, so before thery were about to give me surgery they did like a cat scan or watever they notice my lung was alright so the doctor asked me do i have like trouble breatheing i said yes becasue i have liek really bad asthma, like really bad. so he told me and my dad sis and her husband that reason i couldnt breathe becasue im like under a lot of stress, so im good now. All i have to do is go bak to is doing yoga again.
