the first of three christmas parties is today. [my father's parents are divorced]
i'm very excited to see grandpa jim again, he's so cool. also, i always get a lot of reading done at these gatherings, since there's nobody even near my age in our familiy. [they're all either three years younger or four years older]
i pretty much get left alone, which is just fine with me. i'm kind of a social hermit.
