Odd ideas I need to write down.
4 Ed world...without the dragons. So...swap out Bahalmut for St. Cuthbert, and Tiamat for a reworked and evil Red Knight (from Forgotten Realms) for me. Dragonborn get swapped out for, well, I like Hobgoblins in the "Proud Warrior Race Guys" slot, but whatever strikes your fancy.
...and make a Late-Paragon/Early Epic reveal behind the "dragon? what's a dragon?" thing. ninja
