Ah, nothing is quite as magical as when a man and a woman (or man and man
[or woman and woman], whichever floats your boat.) meet and their souls become
entwined into one, and love blossoms.
The pair then becomes nearly inseparable; sharing everything but the same brain.
They wish for nothing but togetherness, and life seems so very enchanted.
On occasion, the two marry,
and on an even rarer occasion it lasts more than two years.
But the most common scenario that I've noticed is that the two have a child,
get sick of each other, and split up.
The child then thinks that this is how things ordinarily go, and he/she/heshe
never has a lasting, loving relationship.
Humans are ordinarily supposed to bond for life,
but now they seem to bond for short intervals of time.
What the Hell happened?
