Did u kno boredom is contagious and so is yawning I think confused antyway that's not the point the point is...that milk is good for your body and it keeps u from...something but it doesn't really help u when you have a cold it actually just makes u congested...u could use spicy mustard or hot sauce to get rid of that I think it works for me...okay I'm going stop talking becuz my minds running wild and that's not good I think well antyways peace peeps ninja
