Welcome one and all to my official Diamond Back Mask quest post here at TEAM GOTCHAFISH~! Why is it called Mission Impossible you ask? Because earlier this year, I thought about questing, back when fish were only 100-200k each. I took a little time off for school and whatnot, and came back to find the economy in utter disarray (even worse than when I had left!) and diamonds going for 1mil! Because of the nature of buying and selling on Gaia, I assumed that once fish were going for millions, users would not accept less, and that they would keep raising prices. After hanging around for a while, starting with Ruby Fishers United, I realized why this had happened. Doppler Zero's mission and attainment of a Ruby Mask gave me hope. Then DDB and her friends started Team Gotcha Fish. One by one, I've watched hard workers get their masks, all with the help of a community that believes rare fish dont need to cost one million! Now I understand that its not impossible afterall. whee
(Note: In case you might wonder why someone who's been here as long as I have, who has minis and expensive items, is questing, let me say this: My old items have a lot of meaning to me, and are nostalgic in some respects. I dont want to sell them off since they mean so much to me. I'm sure many users would feel the same. wink )
