Betrayed chapter 3, part 1

I couldn't fall asleep. i had this feeling that something bad was going on in the castle. but i couldn't put my finger on it. so i went down to the kitchen and woke up the royal chef. he heated up so warm milk and honey biscits for me. i was full then, and decided that i was sleepy. i went back to bed and fell asleep. but i had a horrible dream. i was running. people were chasing me yelling"kill..kill....kill.." they chased me and then as i tripped over the cliff....

I woke up. i was so scared. i was sweating. i looked over at my clock. it was already nine. phew, i fell asleep and got a good eight hours. just enough to keep me through the day. note to self, don't run. i got dressed. i was going to go down to eat, but i just wasn't hungry. i went down to the guard."please send out for mistress lillian." i ordered him. he turned his head and whipered "kill...kill..kill...". oh my gosh, was i still dreaming. i pinched myself. it hurt and i was up. but he went out to go get lillian. i went up to my room to wait.

Ten minutes later lilly came. she had a blank stare on her face. the one you get when you are zoned out, but she whipered "kill...kill...kill..". i pushed her out of the way and ran to the guard tower. but when i got there, they looked at me with blank stares and whipered the same thing. kill, three times. i backed out slowly. they just followed. one guard yelled for backup. this wasn't good. i ran out the door and down the hall. good thing i decided to wear flats and not heels.

i ran all the way down to the gate. i ran out of the castle and into the gardens. i could see the town just a few hundred yards away. i could run and hide in the town. i sturned around as i ran and glanced in front to see that i didn't run into anything. i noticed that guards joining the chase came in the front and just a mob was in the back. scary. i then focused on running. i kicked off my shoes and it hit a guard in the face and he fell. no one bothered to help him. they jus went around him.

i hit town two minutes later. there was something odd here too. the peopl jsut were minding their work and going on with their normal lives until i came past. then they started yelling and joining this chase.i ranout of town fast. now it was big. everypart of town i had run through, all of the people that were there were chasing me. i could start to make out the outline of the woods.

so this puts us back to the beginning. scary. now everything that might happen now will be better than this. like me some how getting away. i ran in the woods. the mob turned back but the guards continued on. the wood uards at the beginnig of the wodds had joined. and they had some serious weapons armed. i suddenly remembered that i had learned to run in the woods in case of an emergency. i the started the steps. firts do the football run as they clled it. the a turn here, and one here. and bam!.
