Ok, a thought for a DND game villian that I posted to someone elses thread but I might use myself.

3 Villians, one main villian, and 2 leutants, and their army.

1. Main: Tiefling Half black dragon hexblade
   
   • Fiendish abberations (mind Flayers?)
     
   • Fiendish Dragons
     
   • Evil Outsiders
     
   
   
2. Leutant 1: Succubus Monk(or fighter, possibly Swashbuckler)
   
   • Fiendish Dinosuars
     
   • Fiendish Serpents
     
   • Fiendish Dire Animals
     
   • Human Thralls
     
   • Fiendish Animals (lions Tigers)
     
   
   
3. Leutant 2: Imp Wizard
   
   • Fiendish animals
     
   • Goblin mercaniers
     
   • Kobolds Mercaniers
     
   • Fiendish Vermin
     
   • Human Mercanaries
     
   • Undead
     
   
   

So any opionions on this matter? any input?
The second leutant should take the characters from ranks 1-5 to beat his minions and he himself will be about a CR6 or 7. The second Leutant from 6-12, she will be about 14, and the last one will have enoucters from 14-18 and he will be a CR 20.
