Yes I have a journal.
Recently I finally feel like I'm beginning to have a hold on my life. I feel grounded and whole, opened up to the real as it were. I lost it there for quite awhile but today feels good. It may just be the Obama thing but who cares I feel positive. I feel like I have a body under my mind again. which is a new feeling. I'm no longer numb from the neck down. Hooray! It just comes down to knowing you don't have t odo anything in your life, but you choose too. You will always have the ability to do anything, but its those you choose to do that make you not the ones you don't.
