Seriously I don't feel sorry for the people who have to keep working on the servers when they encourage spam with these events, and they're unprepared for the lag. It makes following any thread nearly impossible, because people are either posting nonsense to try and grab their piece of the pie, or the lag causes delays which put you 4 pages behing the conversation. Not to hark back about "the good old days" but the 1st anniversary ball was so much better. Giving out something lilke a door prize was fine. It didn't encourage this nonsense. I don't know. It's hard to know what the head hanchos are thinking.

	confused Not really too fond of this event myself, really. I'm participating...but basically it just feels like this wasn't really planning out for some reason. That, and I really dislike the fact that it's basically gone from the usual threads where you chat while the event is going on to a spam-fest. Chatterbox regulars must love it...but the rest of us...meh.

	Bleh. It'd be neat if we could just automatically get one set of the items for posting once, and then have there be guidelines of some sort as to what to do as far as participation. I mean, I'm just having a regular conversation now, it's ... so ... dang ... boring to spam.
