I have a beautiful blue Lincoln Towncar. It is acting up...a lot. I bought it for about $1600 and it worked so well for a couple months. Now there is a bad oil leak, there is a gas leak, the air suspension is gone, and smoke is coming in through the A/C. I love the thing so darn much. The cheapest car in town was at the Chrysler place - a '98 Ford Taurus with 130,000 miles for $2650. I don't think that's too bad. However, if I can fix my car for less than $2000 I think it'll be worth it. My sweetheart is taking me places, but he's not helping me with my car (as in fixing it even though he's a mechanic). *SIGH!* Oh, well. I'll figure something out.
