Really. I don't believe a word of hatred or hurting from Sasuke's mouth.

It's all just a cover of something underlying.

Something deep and painful.


Sasuke has an ego the size of the sun.

And showing the slightest compassion to his past might break that.


He can continue to say he doesn't care about Naruto and his past.

But he does.

Which is why he continues to run from Naruto.

Almost...
Almost as if he's afraid of that bond.

But of course he won't just out there and say it.


The two have never really confronted since the reunion at the hideout.


I also find it intriguing that Tsunade orders those on the mission to find the hideout, not to tell Naruto.



Was it because of his previous injury?

Probably not. We all know Naruto heals at a incredible rate thanks to kyuubi.




Maybe Tsunade knew how Naruto looses control about Sasuke?

Probably. In the mission report that Yamato had to turn in, I'm positive he wrote down what had occurred during the reunion and with Orochimaru.




Or.
Maybe Tsunade knows about how Sasuke is able to suppress Kyuubi's chakra?

If Sasuke and Naruto fought. Sasuke could, if he wished, do the same as before and suppress kyuubi's chakra and Naruto wouldn't be able to use kyuubi if the situation needed it. Although it seems this won't be a problem with Naruto new Sage Mode.
