So, I'm halfway through Shippuuden episode 51-52
And I'm at the part where Sasuke is about to 'kill Naruto on a whim'.


And yet Naruto does nothing, but stand there.

His face looking as if he's preparing himself to brace the pain.


It's almost as if he'd rather die by the hands of Sasuke.


It's almost as if when Naruto is around Sasuke, nothing else really matters.

He basically said that if he couldn't get Sasuke back, he couldn't reach his dream.

To become Hokage.

This is a big thing for Naruto to state.

Because Naruto has been declaring since FOREVER that he would one day become Hokage.


I just get the feeling that
Hokage may be important to Naruto
But Sasuke is just one up on that list.


If that is not love, then I don't know what is.

To give up something so drastic for someone.

For one person.

To go so far
