have you ever been hit so hard the air is driven from your lungs by force and you cant breathe for like 3 minutes?
ya well i have been hit like that so many times i now know what to do about it! you blow out the air in your lung like a deflated balloon before attempting to take another breath and then once all the air is out youll be able to breathe again!
but as for falling and hitting your head because you are REALLY clumsy or got in a fight and got hit in the head, put it on ice and start wearing a frigin helmet!
