In response to the dreadful announcement about some dumb 14year old who wrote a book and somehow managed to get publicity on GaiaOnline through the Announcements:
Dear little Gaia children,
Who's diapers are quite full,
who's feeling neglected by mommy,
and dying his hair blue,
your artwork isn't fabulous,
your poems are not poe,
your books should not be in announcements
because I don't want to know.
About your terrible rhyming scheme,
and your rip off of teen thrills,
so next time you feel creative,
please, don't let the inspiration flow.
I'm sick of hearing your emotions,
I'm sick of grammar errors,
I'm sick of you having read a famous poet once in your life and now believing that you can copy it cuz "Oh My God" That dead guy wasn't that cool anyways. . .
Maya Angelou is Better than you,
Sandrea Cisneros is better than you,
Sylvia Plath was Better than you,
Lord Byron was better than you,
Robert Browning was better than you,
William Burke was better than you,
Aphra Behn was better than you,
Socrates was better than you,
and if you only know two names on that list,
I . . .am DEFINITELY . . . better than you.
