I died from natural causes: I would probably be in a clinical depression for a while....
I said I liked you: you wouldn't need to say it xd .

I was hospitalized: visit you every single day and bring you your favorite things, if I was able to.
I ran away from home: I would find you.
I got in a fight and you were there: I would try to prevent a fist fight somehow... sweatdrop .
I became famous: Then I would know a famous person. But I wouldn't let that change anything. 3nodding
I yelled at you: ouch! sad I wouldn't try to yell back. I would probably go somewhere else for a little while so the both of us could cool down. I can't imagine you yelling much less angry....
I slapped you: same as above, but I would be kinda pissed lol. lol I would be hesitant to be around you for a little bit.
