So I finally remembered my Gaia account, after ignoring the third email stating that 'I have new Gaia alerts' and telling myself that I should probably explore the site a bit more sometime soon.
I'm still looking around, trying to see how things work and what that grey square-shaped creature with four legs is. I think there was something about nymphs (or mermaids?) in the announcements as well, will have to find out more about that.
I wonder how long it takes for the average user to get past the newbie stage on a new community. So far the sites I constantly lurk around, i have been for years, and others I can't remember my password. (Or for that matter, my username.)
For the former, I've been there for so long, i cant remember ever being a newbie. For the latter, I suppose it would be the exact opposite.
I think I'm rambling, but I suppose that's what journals are for. I have a paper journal in my first drawer, but there's something about your wrist not cramping that makes you able to write more on here than on paper.
And so we greet you farewell, paper. At least we save the trees.

Exploring The Well-Worn Roads
For now, just getting a feel of how this works, and the irrational thoughts that flow through my mind.
