The Thursday before that was the auction. Went alright... my dad seems lost now, yet happier than he has been for a long time. All this week while I was in florida, there were times when I'd be reminded of what's been lost and changed, and I just kept quiet because tears welled up in my eyes and I fought them back each time. Was especially hard coming home, knowing I was coming back to something completely different. When I talked to dad it was difficult thinking that now he doesn't have chores to work around to get me. Let's just say this is gonna need some getting used to... *big sigh*
So... Florida, eh? x] Pretty fun; regret not doing some things, but that's pretty normal. I'll just have to come back again someday and finish up my business.
the problem with being gone: there's things that need to be caught up. For instance: I had 22 emails in my hotmail. ouch. xD and homework is another thing. Since I was gone on Thursday, there's a lot of makeup work to be done yet... *digs out assignment book*
Math I haven't even started the packet that's due on Tuesday, science I need to makeup that worksheet or whatever, history have to copy off notes and do questions, english gotta do that one reading packet (simple stuff lol), health gotta do that OCD paper yet, art i STILL have to finish that freaking painting, and work on a choice drawing or something to make up for the late painting. rolleyes I also have to call Mr. Schulz and ask him if he can write me a letter of recommendation for NHS. I completely forgot about it when we were in Florida... shizbangits that sucks. Then I have to fill out the other NHS paperwork, and have people sign it...
........... ok wait a sec. the songs I'm listening to are altering my mood as I speak. I caught myself before going into a reverie about absolutely nothing. That'd be fun, though.
gotta try that sometime.
