I am shaken to the very bone right now. Not in fear, but of shame. Just a pathedic attempt to put it all aside.

UNTITLED.
And she stood there in the room, Feeling that her swollen heart was doomed. Fear enveloped a heart of good, Making her cower under her hood.
Ashamed and afraid, shall she run, Hiding away, trying to find uplifting sun. Tears pooling in her eyes, and a heavy heart shall be the guide, Taking this pitiful creature on a fearsome ride.
Nightmares fester and fears doth dwell, Into the fogs choking grey hell. Running from dogs; who thirst for blood and bone, Feeling scared and being alone. A marionettes hand upon your flesh, Griping and grinding a knife to your death. A memory of a mask shall forever haunt, Only to follow your blackest fears into the dark. Alone and encaged in blackened halls, so still, Only to be someone’s last pathetic thrill.
Candles have dimmed, and screams prevail, As a saddened girl tells this tale.
Midnight often leaves a chill, as the hellish monsters kill. A victim’s body showered in blood, body buried beneath the mud. Burning and rotting by the devils snare, to be left in his unforgiving care.
Running and hiding, scared and alone. As she shivers to the very bone. What hath caused her to fear the world? Where the demons dance and nightmares are unfurled.
