The owner of the Gaian Mercenaries has been talking with me about selling his guild to me. (for 5K) I wanted to use that name some time ago and I wouldn't mind having the guild. It would be of no loss to anyone since it only has 4 members and none of them are really active. I already also have plans on the goals of this guild as well as a certain special ops group within it. (TFS)
It was either this or simply make Task Force Slayer a guild with various intents to help keep it afloat, i.e. bringing massive amounts of violence to the story, role-play, and art section. As far as Gaia is concerned, it'd be a guild full of violence-mongers. (Which is what I'm going to do to G. Mercs anyways) So if the current owner can't find a way to hand over ownership I guess I'll go to Plan B, which MIGHT be the more favorable option to begin with.
Oh, and for anyone who knows of my previous TFS posts, it'd have another purpose in mind. THAT'S why I'd rather make TFS a special ops group in another guild rather than its own. (So the TFS members can focus on this other objective more) Still, it all depends on how things go.
Edit: Found a way to do it, so I'm now waiting for the current owner to set things up on his end. As a result I'm erasing my earlier journal entry that details anything about TFS.
