Anyway, time for an entry about this guy that I've kinda liked on and off this whole school year. His name is Jakob (I just call him Jake) Me and two of my friends (Kelli and Jasmine) call him pretty blue eyes, because of this thing that happened with one of them (Kelli) that had to do with him. Also, he has really pretty blue eyes. That last part should be somewhat obvious.

So anyway, I always figured he was the one guy (that's not a senior with a girlfriend that he's been dating for at least 3 years now((looks at Clayton))) that I kinda liked that I had no chance of ever getting. Needless to say, I'm thrilled to be proven wrong in this case.

I've caught him looking at me a few times before, but nothing major, and there was never anything to suggest that he liked me. Well, on Friday, Kelli, Jasmine, and me all got annoyed with the people at the lunch table, so we left the table to go walk around for the rest of the lunch period. Unfortunately, the idiots followed us. So, when they weren't paying attention, we tried to escape them, and I started running. I passed right by Jake and his friend Christian. I wasn't paying attention to them (for a change) so I didn't hear them try to say hi to me, or see them looking right at me. Totally the wrong time to be completely off-gaurd. So when Kelli and jasmine caught up to me, they told me that Jakob had just said hi to me, but he had already passed so it was a little late to do anything about it. So I looked back at him, and they were both looking right back at me! I was gonna go talk to them, but of course someone had to ruin that. Austin just shows up out of nowhere and decides to talk to me. I sit right behind him on the bus every day and he almost never talks to me anymore. Of course he would choose right then. So anyway, we started heading back out towards the commons, and we realized that Jake and Christian weren't too far behind us. Unfortunately, stupid Kyle found us, so we just went back to the table, which had been abandoned. Then, Jake decided to sit at the table right next to ours that gives him the perfect view of us. That's when I really noticed him staring at me. So pretty soon the bell rang, and he looked at me one more time in history, right before he went to sleep. (I would like to think that he looked at me to make sure he had sweet dreams heart )

So I started thinking that maybe he really did like me, and when I got to the new building just before 6th period started, I asked Kelli to ask him if he likes me. Then I sat through 47 minutes panicing, thinking it was probably all an illusion, and that he probably didn't. So when I talked to Kelli after 6th, she told me that he said he didn't know, and just kept insisting he didn't know. Kelli made sure that he knew who she was talking about too, so it wasn't that. Well, it annoyed me at first, but thenI realized something. If it was a no, wouldn't he just say no I don't, and set the record straight? Hopefully, he just figured just in case I don't like him back, he shouldn't tell someone who's obviously a good friend of mine that he does like me. I asked him if he could come to the spring break kick off, but he couldn't, and looking back, I'm kinda glad he didn't now...

Anyway, apparently there was more to it that I didn't know too. Jasmine told me on Saturday night that she's seen him staring at me alot more than I know, like almost every day for the past few weeks. Also, when i didn't reply to him saying hi, Christian tried to say hi, and when I still didn't say anything Christian said something along the lines of Aww she didn't even say hi. I just really hope they didn't think I was totally ignoring them, and that I'm definately not interested, because that's SO not the case! So yeah, Jasmine said she's almost positive that he likes me.

I also got the opinions of Shelby and Meghan, and they both say it totally sounds like he does too. I really hope that they're right. I'm gonna try to talk to him on Monday, by asking him how his spring break was, and go from there. I'll try to see how he reacts. I'm gonna get Kelli's opinion ASAP, and as soon as Kat messages me back, I'll see what she thinks.

You know, he's probably one of the few guys in this school who has the slightest clue about subtlety. Pretty much everyone else, first off stares at me at the time when it would probably be easiest for me to notice them looking right at me, or tends to not realize that when a girl is 5 feet away from you, and you're not being quiet, she can probably hear you... lol. It's that, or everythings just fallen into place so that it may have been blatantly obvious, (hey Jasmine noticed) but when it was I wasn't paying attention.

So anyway, I've been completely thrilled about this all Spring break and I hope things go well for me on Monday! That's it for now, and there'll probably be a new entry if things end up going well. G2G, bye! heart
