Leaves crunched from my footsteps. Twigs cracked the wind blew into my hair making shivers go down my back. Raven... I mumbled to myself. I must save her and reunite her family. She didn't deserve to die. I was granted power of the Warlock. A natural enemy to Lucifer. God has sent me down to protect and make sure the Earth is still living and not being destoried.
The forest was eerie when it was dark. It has a dark aura from all the vampires who had killed on these very grounds. A village close by was trying to protect themselves from the vampires. But apparently... They're failing and I must find peace. Tell them to drink from animals not humans! Whom am I kidding? I cannot stop Lucifer's minions. I growled at the sound of his name.
I halted near a grave in the middle of the forest.
'Here lies our beloved Raven.
So true
So peaceful
Once lived
Now dead.
May you rest in peace...'
I frowned and wiped a single tear that was going to roll down my cheek. She was the greatest vampiress ever known. I mean she cared about life. She enjoyed it the most when everything was just crashing down on her...
I got up and grabbed my candles out of my black and green backpack. Laced with blue ribbons in the front. I put them all around the grave and me. I then grabbed salt and made a circle where the candles were.
I started to chant...
"I call upon the great ancestors.
Let this live again
Live her fullest and what she deserved
I call upon the Earth, fire, water, and air.
Summon the undead girl
Let her live again..."
The Earth cracked and a hand shot up from under the ground.
I heard groans and growls. She mumbled "Help me..." I didn't make a move. I knew it was too dangerous. She's hungry, she hasn't eaten for a long time now. I went through my bag and pulled out blood packets. I heard a hiss from her. Another hand shot up from under the ground. I moved back in case she was in attack mode. She then pulled herself out of the ground. She looked and me and grinned.
Her eyes pure red. Her hair long and black. Her nails were sharp as hell. She screamed loud hurting my ears. Is she grieving her lost? Does she even know who she is?
She eyed the blood packets hungerily and looked at me grinning. Oh god... she doesn't know which one to pick. I threw the blood packet to her scared. Raven gladly took it and bit into it drinking. Raven's eye color was started to go back to a green color. I threw her another. I knew these was enough to fill her stomach. She bit into that greedily than the other. Raven dropped both now empty packets and looked at me.
"Do you know who you are?" I asked her. She nodded.
"Raven, a vampire." she replied. I nodded back and held out my hand for her.
"Do you know why I had summoned you Raven?" she looked at me and nodded No.
"I summoned you to return your family with broken hearts. They live nearby here but they're hiding." I replied. She looked at me with thankfulness. I knew she was depressed. Raven looked up into the sky. Probably trying to track them.
I looked back to my backback. Right... I gotta give back her journal. I went through it again and tossed her her diary. She looked at me and gasped.
"How did...? What?!" She asked all confused.
"I was hunting this one night and I found it near the werewolf territory." I told her and she nodded.
"We should go back to my house for now and look tomorrow for Aiden and Elizabeth. I sometimes hear them scream and shout. Moaning for you." I told her. Raven looked at me sad and nodded.
"I hear those screams while I was in hell... it pained me so much..." Raven told me. I nodded. I summoned a portal to my house. I grabbed her hand. She was of course confused. We both jumped into it. Landing onto the rug with an "oof" She rubbed her butt and laughed.
I gave her directions to her room and I went to my desk to figure out where those screams and shouts were coming from so we can find them.
