This was my first avatar after returning to gaia last year (200 cool . I had made the account on 2007, no doubt bored at my ex's house. I just kinda forgot about it. Returning to it last year was refreshing, and Halloween was coming up; If you know me, then you know I LOVE Silent Hill more than anyone should. It took me forever to save up, but once that Furugasa was mine, I was so proud. Behold the creature!
Viking Warrior Princess (Jan. - May)
My inspiration for avi comes from my love of fantasy. No, Vikings aren't fantasy, but I'm pretty sure they never existed quite like this. This little Valkyrie is on her way to battle maybe, burning villages as she goes along the rocky mountainside. I used the horns because I didn't like the way the Viking helm looked. The Ginny is just in loving memory of the guinea pigs I've lost in the past.
Promageddon 2009 (May 28 - Jun. 3)
Changed a few times, and I'm happier like this. I can hopefully bounce around rooms. I'm more holding to the Hell/Masquerade theme though. I'm also glad I could incorporate my newly bought Pearl into this too. I think I listened to this song a million times!!!
World War Soldier (Jun. - Aug.)
I began to fall in love with the Call of Duty games... mainly the ones centered around the World Wars. I was excited to learn that Lyndexter's Journal may be war themed and it went perfectly with my avi. She's a soldier guarding a bunker. She scans the cold tundra as she takes a drag form her cigarette. Her arm throbs from the bullet wound she received a day earlier. Wondering when she will get to go home, she logs her days in her journal to pass the time. I may redo this one in the near future.
Camp Chaos (Aug. 12 - Aug. 19)
I ended up picking science camp for this event because I am a huge nerd. I was glad I did, but I never finished the event because it was taking way too long.
Golden Goddess (Aug. - Oct.)
I had the idea to make this angelic like avatar, and it came a long way from what I originally planned. Cecil was so adorable, and he made the perfect addition. I had to get him when he was released. heart
Witch (October)
This was my costume for H2k9. I was a member of S.I.N. and we won so I was able to keep my skin! It will make for good demon avis.
