ok during my dance lesson my instructor descied to make us add some stripper moves i dont know why guess cause she was talkin about how we need to draw attetnion but like drawin that attetin kinda weird isn't so. She made us do like this spilt thing but u have to stertch and i did and i went down to a split but i couldn't get up casue after that we had to role and jump up but i was like paralyze down there so i couldn't move and i had like 2 ppl pull me up and now my leg hurts when i bend down or when i stretch my leg theres liek a pain, but i'll be ok
