swiftstar walked to petalpelt's den,she had recently been appointed as medicine cat after the death of cinderpelt in the fight between thunderclan and shadowclan,as swiftpaw approached petalpelt the young medicine cat awoke from her slumber,"what is it swiftstar?is something troubling you?"asked petalpelt"no,i just have a question about appointing a deputy,i've never done this before and i could use some advice,do you think i should appoint luckynose?he has been very loyal"said swiftstar"yes,i guess luckynose would be a wise decision,you should go back to sleep for the little bit of time you have left before the camp wakes up"replied petalpelt.......
