Chapter 1: The Birth of Daisuke
From our time to a distant future, before Daisuke's birth, the world was covered with peace, the birds chirp in the morning, the stream can be heard once you look out the window, flowers bloom into different formations, the sky is clear blue like crystal waters. But, the Prince of Darkness, Lucifer, knew that one of the greatest demon who ever lived will be born, so he planned for an assault over the mortal world killing every pregnant woman whom might have the baby. Their attacks started... the world was covered with silence at first and on one blink of an eye was an explosion, a very strong explosion, in the central part of Tokyo, Japan, which killed hundreds of people and destroying the whole part of the city. It was caused by a demon who "self-destructed" to proclaim that a war has started. The heavens opened then angels came down to help the mortals and fight the demons. But, the Prince of Darkness never gave up and opened a hole in earth leading to Hell which demons used to go to the mortal world. On a remote village, a girl known in the name of Chi, meaning death, was the one who carries the "baby" who will be the next greatest demon. They have heard stories from the city saying things about the attacks. The people have started to worry on what will happen.
"What are we going to do? What about my baby? Our family? We have to get out of here quickly!" Chi said nervously.
The demons are now moving out to the countryside. The Mitsuki family members are now packing their things to live. But Chi's tummy hurt. Daisuke's father is panicking about it so when the other members moved out, Daisuke's mother, father, grandmother, aunt (Kuroi's mother), uncle (Kuroi's father), Kuroi, an imp, and Constantine were left. When the baby was born, the parents saw it is a baby boy then they named him Daisuke, for some unknown reason. After that, without realizing, the demons are already attacking their town and there's no way out. Daisuke and Kuroi's parents handed their child to Constantine to take care of them with the imp. Constantine leaves without the parents, who were all eaten alive by the demons. And an explosion happened which destroyed the village and killed everyone there.
"Don't worry, Daisuke and Kuroi, I will take care of you..." Constantine hushed the babies.
"Sheesh, you're going to babysit them?! Can you do it?" The imp asked curiously.
"I will just do my best to protect while they grow up... the Journal says they will be the ones who will vanquish all evil someday..." Constantine just smiled at the imp.
"You're really annoying sometimes..." pouts the imp.
The two of them goes to Constantine's house and that's where they let the babies grow up until they know what to do.

Chapter 2: The Spring Nymphs (Part 1)
As time passes, the two children grew, but not together, Constantine gave Kuroi to a girl named Miaka to take care of him. So, Daisuke was left alone with Constantine and the imp. The world was peaceful, the war has paused and no more bloodshed. Daisuke just grew up having no one to play with, except for the imp. When Constantine told Daisuke that there is an item called "Black Cotton", Daisuke thought that Constantine was describing the imp, so, he started calling the imp "Black Cotton" because he thought that she was a black cotton puff ball, which is the same appearance as the original "BlackCotton". Afternoon, that same day, Daisuke began playing in the sunflower fields leaving Constantine to have the opportunity to talk to the imp.
"I can't believe, you just let that child call me like that! Hmph!" the imp said angrily.
"Listen, I'm going to tell you some-" Constantine stopped when the imp blocked his mouth then she whispers
"Is it about his powers? I know that child is a demon and it's my responsibility to protect him."
"Yes, I should keep it a secret, Just let him discover it by himself, then I'll explain it to him."
Daisuke came closer to them for he is curious on what they're talking about. But before he enters the house, he heard someone calling him from the fields.
"Hey, kid, come over here." The creature shouted at Daisuke.
"Okay, who are you and what do you need?"
"My name is Harukia, I'm a spring nymph!"
"A spring nymph... never saw one before..."
"Well, that's because we're losing our kind..." Harukia's face frowns.
"But how did that happen?"
"As you can see... some of us we're sold on the Black Market..."
"Black Market? Can I find the BlackCotton there?"
The spring nymph was surprised. "BlackCotton?! How did you know about that thing? It's one of the most dangerous things in the universe!"
"Whoa! I didn't know it was that dangerous! I heard it from Constantine and I'm living with one...!"
"Oh, sh-!!!" Maybe it's the devil imp he's describing... children, children, children...
"Hey, where do you live anyway, Harukia?"
I hope this works, maybe he can help us... "Okay... come with me!" Harukia pulls Daisuke to the middle of the fields.
Harukia says an ancient chant then a portal opened. Harukia and Daisuke goes inside the portal, no one knows where it leads, except for spring nymphs.
Constantine gets out then noticed Daisuke's gone. "Where could that little kid go?"
"What, he's missing?! We better find him!"
The both of them starts to search for Daisuke.

Chapter 3: The Spring Nymphs (Part 2)
When Daisuke and Harukia reached the end of the travel through the portal, Daisuke saw a garden filled with many plants, animals, and of course, spring nymphs.
 "This is my hometown, Spring Gardens!"
"There's nothing different here... all seems to be normal..."
"This is just the entrance, if you will see the city itself, all things will seem different..." tears began to fall to her cheeks.
"..."
The two of them continued to the inner city. Daisuke saw a castle (on left). He was surprised on what he saw, then he and Harukia continued to enter. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Constantine and the imp kept looking for Daisuke.
"I told you Constantine! It's our responsibility to protect that child! If we didn't find him before sundown, we are really dead when Miaka knows about this, she'll give us a sermon for what we've done!"
"Just shut up and keep looking for him!"
Harukia led Daisuke to the room of the Fates (also known as Parcae in the Roman mythology and Moerae in Greek). They noticed that the Goddesses were continuing their work, despite of what's happening in their country.
"Good Morning To You, Oh Great Fates..." greeted the spring nymph.
Clotho, the one who knits the thread of life, spoke to them.
"Good morning to you and I've got good news... I can sense that a new life will start with the spring nymphs and they will survive the challenge that Zeus or the Almighty will give them..."
Lachesis, the one who determines the length of the thread of life, spoke to them.
"But to survive, their own kind shall be corrupted with the Black Market and they have to pass the other challenges that Hades will give them."
Finally, Atropos, the one who cuts the thread of life, spoke to them.
"Death will cover their kind... and the only way to survive is through faith!"
Later on, after the Fates spoke, reapers from the Black Market came.
"We have come here to take more spring nymphs! We'll sell some of them in the Black Market while some will be punished in hell. Come with us if you don't want to be hurt."
"Oh no, they're here, Daisuke let's go!" Harukia pulls Daisuke then took him to a safe place.
The Fates spoke again together. "THIS IS THE START OF OUR PROPHECY, TO EVERY SPRING NYMPH IN THE PLACE, MAY THE GODS AND GODDESSES BE WITH YOU..." The Fates vanished into thin air.
After 5 minutes, Constantine and the imp found the portal leading to Spring Gardens.
"Hey, could that be-"
"Yes, it is, it's the portal to the Spring Gardens, where spring nymphs live, I can sense Daisuke's aura from there..." They entered the portal and when they reached the place, they saw the reapers of the Black Market.
"Reapers! They're taking more spring nymphs to sell in the Black Market!"
The imp transformed to its true form then collected air. Releasing the air by a sonic scream, mirrors and other breakable objects in the castle break. The Reapers didn't stand a chance against the scream so they leave without any catch of the day.
"We'll be back! And once we get back, we'll ensure that neither one of you won't survive!"
Constantine saw Daisuke coming with Harukia wounded so they left the place and took care of Harukia. After that, they didn't knew that the reapers came back, destroying everything in the Spring Gardens, but fortunately, Harukia was one of the last spring nymphs who lived.

Chapter 4: Separation of Friends
When Harukia, the spring nymph, was completely healed, she took her time playing with Daisuke and the imp. But she remembered what did the Fates prophesied to their kind. The imp and Daisuke became curious about it but the spring nymph said it's nothing to be worried about. The next day, Harukia seemed to be ready to leave. "Are you sure about this? I mean Daisuke would be sad if you leave this instant..."
"But I have to do this to know if some my sisters are still alive. I have to find the Fates first."
Daisuke heard their conversion then tears began to fall while Constantine knew he was there.
"Why are you leaving, Harukia?"
"Daisuke, I have to do this just to know how will my kind will survive to this challenge... don't worry, I'll be back soon... I promise..."
Daisuke stopped crying then said... "Fine, go leave! I know that a promise is a promise, so... I know you'll be back!" Daisuke said with a smiling face.
Later that day, the nymph was ready to leave. All of them waved at her as she flies away to the big wide world. But before she leaves, she gave Daisuke a bag of fairy dust so that he can fly around the field sometimes.
On the other hand, Lucifer finally rooted where they are. "PREPARE THE FURIES*, I'M GOING TO IMPRISON THAT IMP FOR WHAT SHE HAS DONE, I WANT TO SHOW HER WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF SOMEONE DISOBEYS THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS!"
*Furies (or Furiae) are the goddesses in the Roman mythology who punishes people in hell. They are known as the Erinyes in the Greek mythology. If they want a being to be angry, they pick one of their serpent-like hairs and put it to their victim's heart and all the sudden, anger will overrule the host.
"Of course, Your Highnesssss..." Megaera, one of the Furies, said with a reptile-like voice.
"As You wish, Your majesssty..." Tisiphone, one of the Furies, said still with a reptile-like voice.
"As The Prince of Darkness saysss, I'll do it..." Alecto, another Fury, said still with that reptile-like voice.
"HAIL, OH MIGHTY FURIES, GET THAT HELL IMP AND IMPRISON HER IN THE BOTTOMLESS PIT!" Lucifer said in a scary tone.
The Furies told Ai Enma to take them to the world of mortals. Ai opened a whole on the ground where they will be going through. It was midnight when the Furies reached the remote area where Constantine's house is. Every sunflower they touched rots and they have those "phantom"-effect as if like their shadow's following them. Megaera, head of the Furies, gets in first then they go to Daisuke's room, where Daisuke and the imp sleeps, quietly then grabbed the imp. Because of the imp's noisiness, Daisuke wakes up.
"What now Black Cotton?" He turned on the lights then saw the Furies. "Constantine... there are weird creatures here!!!"
Constantine gets to Daisuke's room quickly and when he gets there, he saw the Furies but they left with the imp so he and Daisuke followed them.
"Stop where you are! If you take one more step, we'll not imprison this imp but kill her!" Megaera said in a scary tone.
They opened a portal then threw the imp there. Daisuke was so scared that he can't do anything... because of the Furies' spell, they can't move a muscle so they got away safely.
"First, Kuroi, then Harukia, and now, Black Cotton! Why is this happening, Constantine?!" Daisuke began to cry.
"You still didn't know anything, but once you're in the right age, I'll explain them to you."
Daisuke can't sleep that night for the happenings are all horrible. "Dear Almighty, I hope she's safe..." Daisuke prayed silently while Constantine takes a peek at his room then whispers to himself.
Daisuke... that prayer might not be answered... we're different from them. Constantine goes back to his room silently, thinking about what happened.

Chapter 5: An Eclipse
After such happenings that he experienced, Daisuke just can't seem to be on his own self. It was a very beautiful and colorful day but Daisuke seems have the life off of him. Constantine began to wonder why is Daisuke is acting like that. He observed him for the whole day, making sure that the child is okay. Daisuke goes to the sunflower fields, Constantine stopped following because he already know why Daisuke is like that. Daisuke continues to the middle of the field, the place where the portal to Spring Gardens was. He sprinkled some fairy dust around so that he can fly. Later on, he goes to the cherry blossom tree where he, Kuroi, and the imp played together. He wrote something in it's bark (it's a secret, I won't tell you, I'll tell it in later chapters). That afternoon, he goes to his room while Constantine is still worried about him. There was no reports of anything unusual but Constantine is feeling that something will happen.
Meanwhile, on the Underworld/Hell/Hades/whatever you call it...
"THIS IS THE TIME THAT I WILL SPREAD CHAOS OVER THE WORLD! THIS IS THE TIME WHEN THE MOON AND THE SUN WILL CROSS OVER EACH OTHER! AN ECLIPSE WILL HAPPEN, ONLY WHERE DAISUKE IS. IT SHALL NOT BE STOPPED SO THAT I CAN CONVINCE THEM TO COME WITH ME!" Lucifer said with a big tone of voice.
An earthquake, but not that powerful, occurred all over Japan. Daisuke and Constantine are both looking up to the sky. The sky darkens, as the earthquake takes place, darkness began to cover the sun. The day became night and as the eclipse continues, an owl goes to Constantine's house, it is actually Constantine's pet.
 "Demons! Demons! They are all over the city! They looking for Daisuke! They mustn't know where Daisuke is or we're all dead!!!" Constantine's Shadowl* said panicking.
*Shadowl = the dark owl in Gogh Reed, but here, they have the power to talk.
Then someone knocked at the door. Constantine didn't try to open it but Daisuke did. It was Ai Enma who was at the door, she came to send a message.
"The Master is looking for the both of you... He wants you to come to Tokyo Tower at 5 PM, if you didn't, the sun will never shine again..." at the blink of an eye, Ai Enma was gone.
Daisuke, accompanied by Constantine and the Shadowl, continued to Tokyo Tower, the emperor was held as a hostage by the demons at that time. At the top of the tower is Lucifer on his dark angel form.
"I know that you would come... you can't resist that your world will be covered in darkness, right? If you really can't, give me your soul, Daisuke Mitsuki, and I promise that your world will never perish from us again." Lucifer encouraged them.
It was 4:30 PM, the sun is about to set. Daisuke agreed, because he didn't know what would happen if his soul was owned by Lucifer. He was about to give it out until a light in the sky appeared, there was never like this before in Japan, it's an aurora borealis, out came Aurora, the goddess of dawn, daughter of Sun and Moon. She was riding over a shining chariot then spoke:
"Flee now, King of Evil, or the forces of the heavens will go against you!" Aurora shouted.
"I have tasted the wrath of heaven many times now! I can take you down now!"
Because of what He said, Aurora created a ball of light, it is as colorful as a rainbow, she blasted it off to Lucifer. Tokyo Tower was affected, the antenna of the tower was destroyed. Lucifer fought back then Aurora again. After that, there was a great streak of light, Lucifer was almost blinded so He backed-up.
"And now, I shall take back your day... your life in the eternal darkness will be broken!" Aurora raised her hands as the chariot entered the aurora light and disappeared. After that, the sun came back and all was fixed. After a tiring day, all of them rested, leaving Tokyo Tower destroyed.

Chapter 6: The Powers of A Shadowl
Chaos has been rising around Tokyo ever since the Unholy War started. The war of God's creatures against Satan's creatures continue. Since the kidnapping, Daisuke worries about the imp a lot, he often reminisces about the games they're playing. A year later, Daisuke still worries about the imp while the war continues. So Lucifer thinks of a good plan to deceive Daisuke and force him to give his soul to Him. He recruited a doppelganger to copy the imp's image and sent it to Constantine's house. It was a fine sunny day (since it was a year later, it was also summer the year ago) and Constantine's sunflower field is very peaceful. The doppelganger saw Daisuke picking sunflowers. It goes near him then called him. "Hey, Daisuke, do you remember me?" the doppelganger called Daisuke.
Daisuke looked around and saw the imp, which is actually the doppelganger, he became happy and shouted for joy. "BlackCotton!!! I missed you!!!" he hugged the doppelganger. Yuck! He's hugging me, I think I'm not gonna like staying here... The doppelganger said on his mind.
Daisuke brought the imp back home. "Constantine!... I found BlackCotton!!!"
"Where did you found her? How'd she got out of the Underworld?"
"It's simple I just gone through Ai Enma, she's kinda nice..." the imp smiled.
The both of them celebrated that BlackCotton was back, but they didn't know that it is a doppelganger. But someone is having suspicions about him, Constantine's Shadowl. As they celebrate with food on the table, the Shadowl was observing the doppelganger's moves. It noticed that something is strange about the imp, it is not festive and it has a different aura.
This is bad... that creature might be sent by Lucifer to observe Daisuke and I have a feeling that he is planning more..." the Shadowl thought.
Constantine noticed his pet "Hey, Shadowl, want to come and join us?" he invited.
"No thanks, I'm sleepy already..." The Shadowl goes to his cage to sleep while the doppelganger also has a suspicion that the Shadowl might be having suspicions to him.
The next day, the imp invited Daisuke to play which makes Constantine and the Shadowl alone inside the house. The Shadowl invited Constantine to talk to something important.
"We must observe that imp... it might bring surprises."
"I know, I've been suspecting that imp since yesterday, she's not energetic..."
"She also has a strange aura coming inside her, an evil aura scheming of something undesirable."
Later on, the Shadowl looks outside to look for Daisuke but he's not there. He just saw the two of them going to a vortex. "Over here, Daisuke, I made this world for the two of us to play into."
They entered while the Shadowl follows them, inside it is a beautiful grassland. But the Shadowl felt that it was not real, only a picture to deceive that it is a beautiful world but in actual, it's the Underworld. They entered a throne room and there awaits Lucifer in His dark angel form. "Good work, my follower!"
Daisuke became curious "What's going on here? BlackCotton, I didn't know that you follow that high demon!"
"Because she's not as you know her!" The doppelganger revealed his true form. Daisuke became scared. "Now give me your soul, and as I promise, your world will be peaceful!"
"Not a chance!" The Shadowl disagreed.
The Shadowl created a dark shield around them so when Lucifer was firing at them, the dark balls are just consumed by the shield, making it more harder. The two of them got out safely and the Shadowl closed the vortex permanently with a magic spell. "I thought that BlackCotton was back..." Daisuke frowned.
They got home safe and sound, while Daisuke is still keeping his hopes up.

Chapter 7: Dreaming in Eden
Daisuke continues to reminisce memories of him and the imp, he remembered one day, when Constantine told them about a garden named Eden, which is the garden in the Book of Genesis, in the Holy Bible, the place where Adam and Eve lived. He said that the garden is like Utopia, it's a perfect place. But that's also the place where sin first happened, and the place where death came into the human's life. Some historians and theologists believe that Eden is located by the River Euphrates and River Tigris while some say that Eden is Heaven itself. When Daisuke began thinking of that, he imagines on how the garden looks like. Because of curiosity, Daisuke asked the Shadowl about it.
"Hm... the Garden of Eden... it was a long time ago ever since it's here on Earth... the only known humans that time were Adam, the ancestor of men, and Eve, the ancestor of women. Animals used to roam around its forests and drink on its shallow rivers. Birds fly in the sky, fishes swim in the clear shallow waters. Adam and Eve are the ones that the Almighty asked to take care of the animals. Every tree grows about a dozen different fruits at a time, all of them are can be eaten by both humans and animals, except for the tree in the middle of the garden, the Tree of Knowledge, everyone is forbidden to eat its fruit, for they will know what is the truth, they will know what is right and what is wrong. When Adam and Eve came near the tree, the devil, Lucifer, disguised as a snake, encouraged them to eat the fruit of the tree, so Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate the fruit, which is the first sin. They noticed that they were naked and hurriedly gathered leaves to make their clothes. They were ashamed at God's face. The animals became wild at people and the two of them were thrown out the garden. When they tried to come back, the angels created a wall of fire so that they can't enter. So... Adam and Eve had sons and daughters and learned to live by themselves, but still with the provision of God. And since that day, humans have roamed the Earth and populated the planet while the garden is never found again." the Shadowl explained.
"You surely are smart, Shadowl" Daisuke complimented.
"Why, thank you, Daisuke..."
That night, Daisuke goes to his room but was still thinking about Eden, on how to live there, and how does it really look.
Constantine said it's a peaceful world... with nothing and no one to ruin your life... Daisuke thought.
He slept and an angel visited Constantine's house. She entered Daisuke's dreams and changed it. The dream became a projection of Garden of Eden. In the dream, Daisuke was playing happily with Kuroi, the imp, Harukia, Constantine, and the Shadowl. They were eating fruits they got from the trees. They drink water from the river's clear waters. They run around the fields of the garden while the angel watches over them. Daisuke thought that it was really happening so he didn't worry about a thing. The angel then frowns.
"Sorry child... this dream is about to change, it is just a projection of your mind, you're thinking about Eden and then you're thinking about Lucifer too."
So the dream begins to change. The skies of Eden became dark. There are thunders and lightning storms. The wind blows very hard. The place was flooded because of the rainshowers. Balls of fire began to fall from the sky, burning the trees. A spark of bright light took place and vaporized everyone that Daisuke was with, including the animals. He then thought that this is the Wrath of God. Lucifer showed up, He is gigantic. Wild animals, pests, and reptiles are surrounding Daisuke. Because he's still a child, he just sit and cries. The waters became deeper, the wildfire continued to scatter, trees were taken down of the strong winds. The place became from perfect to a nightmare. Daisuke then realized that this is a nightmare, not the real one. He cries.
"THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!"
His spirit was in the middle of the world of Fiction, and world of Truth. His soul was endanger in the world of Death, or to stay alive. In the real body, he shouts and cries, so Constantine and the Shadowl tried to wake him, but they can't. The force is too powerful. The angel showed and protects Daisuke with a barrier. The dream ended with a flash of light and Daisuke wakes.
"Are you okay, Daisuke?"
"..."
"What are you dreaming about?"
"I... don't... know..." Daisuke was shaking really hard.
"Shadowl, stay with Daisuke tonight, okay?"
"Okay, Constantine..."
Daisuke was too scared to sleep that night so he stayed awake until the morning.

Chapter 8: Face to Face
After the nightmare, Daisuke was left awake for the whole night. Once the morning comes, he hears shouts from the outside which sounds like Kuroi, he runs towards the door and opens it, he saw Kuroi but was surprised to see another Daisuke with him. Kuroi runs towards him and hugs him then he noticed something.
"Daisuke...?" he sounded surprised.
"Yes, it's me, who else could I be?"
"But..."
He looks to the person behind Kuroi, it was really another Daisuke!
"Who are you, you impostor?!" the real Daisuke pointed at the doppelganger.
"You're the impostor, I'm the real one! And how did you get here, not being sensed by Constantine or the Shadowl?!" the doppelganger makes up.
"Wait a minute! What is going on here?! Is this some kind of a magic trick?!" Kuroi stopped them.
"One of us must be an impostor, and the impostor is the one who brought you here!" Daisuke shouted.
Constantine and the Shadowl heard the rumble so they go there, they were also surprised to see two Daisukes.
"What is going on here?"
Daisuke pulled the Shadowl with him.
"This Shadowl can explain, he can sense who is the impostor and who is real!"
"Liar! Shadowls are known as the most intelligent owls but they are also unfaithful they sometimes made up stuff and says lies, how could you trust a Shadowl like that?!" the doppelganger countered. The Shadowl was hurt.
Constantine punched the wall to give attention. "Studying the words you say, you are the liar... you are a doppelganger who copies Daisuke! A Shadowl is a trusty pet, they've been used by the Mitsuki family since then!"
Kuroi cuts the chat, he remembered something. "And he's the one who saved me from being drowned during the eclipse last year!"
"Then, that makes you as the liar" Daisuke points at the doppelganger.
"I knew my secret would be revealed..." the doppelganger said with a scary tone, he transforms back to his original form.
He then threw all of them outside. And once they're outside, he copies a dragon and starts blowing fire at them.
"Oh no, NOT MY FLOWERS!!!"
"Daisuke take this... this is an Electrum Knife, Electrum is a mythical element used to kill dragons."
"Okay, just tell me when to do it."
Daisuke uses the fairydust Harukia gave him and goes to the dragon's head. Daisuke pulled off the knife and cuts the dragon's horn, the heart of the doppelganger is located there. Daisuke cuts it and the dragon fainted. After the dragon fell to the ground, Kuroi began missing.
"Kuroi?"
When the dust has been blown, they saw Megaera holding Kuroi, she's with Tisiphone.
"It's Tisiphone and Megaera!"
"Hello again, traitors of our kind, Lucifer would like Kuroi and Miaka fall to his hands while our other member is hunting for the spring nymph. This is what you really get for disobeying the laws of the Underworld!"
"Give him back, NOW!" Daisuke shouts.
"I will enter this piece of my hair to your heart, your anger at us would be so... severe that you want to kill us. Ooh... scary!" Megaera said in a childish tone.
Megaera puts the hair to Daisuke's chest, his anger to the Furies grew more and more. So they ran away with Kuroi with them. Once they are gone...

End of Chapter 8, To Be Continued
Chapter 9: The Serpent Monster
After a few weeks, summer is ending and autumn is coming. Constantine took Daisuke to a summer festival in the city. They went to the city just to have fun! Daisuke is not on his normal self, since the Furies put the serpent of anger inside his heart. Daisuke just keeps blabbering all day during training and Constantine decided to teach him how to be calm and concentrated. But in night, Daisuke blabbers alone inside his room, he always whispers about the Furies. In the festival, everything seems to normal, and with the help of Constantine's teachings, Daisuke managed to have fun in the festival. But he still hides his anger in his heart.
Meanwhile in Hell, they kept Kuroi and Miaka together in the House of Lust, a place in the Bottomless Pit where succubi and incubi stay...
"HAVE YOU FINISHED YOUR WORK WITH THE TWO?" Lucifer asks the Furies.
"Yes, massster... we kept them inside the Houssse of Lussst." Megaera answers.
"And we ensure that the Incubi will ssseduce Miaka and give her virginity away..." Tisiphone answered in a scary tone.
"And the sssame as the child there, even though he's a young child, he will not survive the ssseduction of the Succubi." Alecto said with her fangs showing up.
"AND ABOUT DAISUKE'S ANGER? HOW LONG WILL THE SERPENT STAYS INSIDE HIS BODY?"
"Don't worry, Massster, even though that ssserpent is out of his body, it would be out of control! For it is someone they won't expect!" Megaera replied with a serious tone.
Back on Earth, they, Daisuke and Constantine, were still having fun. They tried the games, ate different kinds of foods, and watched the beautiful fireworks at sunset. The festival isn't finished yet, for it will last until midnight and Constantine wants to stay there until it is finished. The people inside the festival grounds didn't know that the reapers, which are sent by the Furies, created a dark force field around the festival grounds. People can enter but they can't get out. Constantine felt the aura of the dark force when the fireworks started.
This aura... so strong, could this be another trick of Lucifer? What is he up to now? He thought.
The main event started, they started to pray to Inari, the Shinto of fertility.
"Watashi-tachi ni hosaku o ataete mimashou ni inoru Inari-sama*! (Let's pray to Inari-sama for giving us good harvest) A citizen spoke.
All of the citizens bowed and prayed, including Daisuke and Constantine, but Constantine can still feel the dark aura flowing around the place. After the prayer, Daisuke felt that his chest is heavy, like something is trying to get out.
"What is it?! Are you okay?!" he asked.
"My heart is going to explode! Too heavy, it hurts!" Daisuke said trying to withstand the pain.
Constantine tries to get Daisuke to a hospital but he remembers about the shield. He brought Daisuke to a hidden place and tries to concentrate, he created a rainbow-ish glow and tries to get the powerful force out. When he was finished doing it, he and Daisuke were thrown away and all that he can see is a dark shadow. The ground shook and the lights in the festival went on and off, the people noticed that there seems to be a barrier blocking the way out, they all panicked.
"I don't wanna die!" a citizen panicked.
The light went off after the earthquake, leaving the place dark and noisy, a stampede occurred by the end of the festival grounds. When the lights are back, the people saw a serpent monster by the festival stage.
"Now, why are you looking at me?! Are you challenging the power of my face?!" the serpent shouted.
"Anata wa daredesu ka? Anata no namae wa nanidesu ka?*" (Who are you? What's your name?) a citizen asked.
"Watashi wa Gorugon gozen* (I am Gorgon)... and you really asked for it!" Gorgon stared at the citizens looking at her and they all became statues.
"Majo, majo!" (a witch, a witch!) a citizen shouted.
"Watashi wa majo de wa nai yo!*" (I'm not a witch!) Gorgon shouted.
She released snakes to bite people, the citizens all panicked so some snakes are squished, but many are still bitten.
Daisuke and Constantine gets near the rumble. Constantine brings his pet Shadowl out.
"Hey, Gorgon! You are the one who put anger into Daisuke? Then I'm here to avenge him!"
The Shadowl releases a ray of dark energy to strike Gorgon but she opens her golden wings and flies to the sky.
"We've got to do something! If she released all of her power, every individual here or the whole Tokyo will be turned to stone!" Constantine panics too.
"Even you are panicking? How are we supposed to kill that Gorgon if we didn't have any hope?" the Shadowl was disappointed.
The Gorgon throws snakes over the place. Many people were bitten. The Gorgon was about to release her true form when the heaven opened again, and the aurora lights are the sign, from the opening comes down a chariot which carries St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. He lifted his staff and shouted:
"Upon my staff...
I shall cast away this serpent who follows the demons.
And I only come here to summon...
The spirit I used long ago to throw you away
It is now coming along our way, and exactly in this particular day."
A great light covered the place and all that they can hear is the scream of Gorgon and the people who were turned to statue all turned to normal while the once who were bitten had their wounds healed. The barrier that was set in festival grounds has been lifted and the people can go on normally. But, the waves of evil creatures are still not finished.
Back in Constantine's house, they watched the TV and saw the news.
"Our scientists have been observing the Earth's magnetic pole and they saw this... a great magnetic shift will happen in a few days, get ready for strong earthquakes and high waves, a rare global event is about to happen!" the reporter said.
This is not normal, I'm feeling that someone is responsible for this and I already had a guess... Constantine suspects.

Chapter 10: The Laws of Gravita
A few days later after receiving the news, the ground started to shake. But it was lesser then 2.0 in the Richter Magnitude Scale, the normal shaking of the ground everyday. But as the day goes, the ground continues to shake. In that morning, Constantine was readying their things for the great earthquake. It was currently in magnitude 2.3.
"What are you doing, Constantine?" Daisuke asked staring at Constantine.
"I'm getting ready for an upcoming earthquake... we should be safe in here." Constantine replied.
Daisuke tried to look what is it, he saw a door, a gray steel door. When Constantine opened it, wind came from the inside.
"What is this place?" Daisuke looked amazed.
"This is my secret cellar or basement where artifacts about many magical things are." Constantine introduced.
"I never saw this place since I was freed, how I like to stay here!" the Shadowl said while hugging a column.
The earthquake got stronger, it rises up to magnitude 2.9 in the Richter Scale. They were walking around when Constantine stopped and looked at them, he noticed that they look afraid.
"Don't be scared, you two, this place is really strong and has a material which can absorb shocks, even shockwaves." Constantine said.
"Why is this thing happening? Is it the end of the world?" Daisuke asked.
"No, it's not, but maybe for Lucifer is still after us and if we still are hiding from him, he would continue to do chaos, the war of good and evil, the Unholy War, continues." Constantine paused. "I had a feeling that the waves of evil forces are still not finished. And this time we're going to fight a new evil force."
"Could you mean..." the Shadowl was doomed.
Daisuke was staring at them, didn't know what they're talking about.
The earthquake rises up to magnitude 3.1, Constantine presents them a driller.
"This driller is the pride of my family since then, we use this to dig underground and go there..." Constantine said.
They rode the driller and Constantine started it. They drilled through the ground and continued until they reach Earth's mantle. It's very hot in there but the driller is not affected. They continued as they reach Earth's core, the place where the magnetic poles' magnetism came from. They drilled more and more until they fell to another dimension.
"What is this place?" Daisuke said while looking around. He saw a great castle.
"This is the Kingdom of Gravita. Let my trusty Shadowl explain it to you!"
"The Kingdom of Gravita is a place in the magnetic core of Earth where gravity is highly controlled, normal people can't go here for the gravity is too powerful at this point. Their kingdom's name and even the name of its citizens, Gravitas, came from the Latin word 'gravitas' which means 'weight'. And the people here, especially the king, have the power to control gravity for there stands the Pylon of Gravitas, the tower that you can see touching the 'sky'. It was once known that when Lucifer, their god, orders them to distort gravitational force, they would rise to the surface and make mankind suffer from the hands of the Gravitas. The Gravitas became a part of the evil forces since they had Satanism as their primary religion." the Shadowl explained.
"Which means we need to destroy the Pylon of Gravitas to stop the earthquake." Constantine said.
Their heads ached after that, there's too much gravity. They only saw Gravitas coming then they were unconscious.
When Daisuke opened his eyes, they were inside the throne room and there's a magic spell which forbids them to move.
"What is this spell?! Let us out!" Constantine shouted.
"Very fascinating, so you're really not normal people, you can counter my gravitational force, but you can't stop us Gravitas from doing what we're prophesied to do! An unknown voice said.
The sound of footprints gets closer and closer. It was the King of the Gravitas!
"So... you're the leader of Gravitas, why are you doing this? Why are you following Lucifer's orders?!"
"You don't know how powerful the dark forces are! And because of it, we will once again rise to the Surface World and rule Earth!" the King shouted.
The earthquake on Earth got stronger immediately, up to 4.1 magnitude. The King stands over the Pylon of Gravitas and started to cast a spell while Daisuke, Constantine, and the Shadowl are still under his gravitational spell.
The whole kingdom starts to rise up to the surface. The Pylon glows as the King casts the spell. The earthquake gradually rose to magnitude 4.7.
Meanwhile on Earth...
"The earthquake is now happening, every part of the world is feeling it, the rare magnetic shift is here!" the reporter said on a broadcast.
On St. Petersburg in Russia, the place where the Kingdom will rise, people started to panic for the earthquake is rising to magnitude 5.5 while on Japan, Daisuke's hometown, the earthquake is still at magnitude 4.8. People inside buildings were forced to go outside and go to a safe area quickly, but, they didn't know that the place where they're stepping on is only a piece of cake for the Gravitas' Spell.
When the Kingdom is near to the surface, the earthquake got stronger to magnitude 6.1. The shockwaves are now felt all over the world except for the north and south poles which is at magnitude 6.5. People have started running and panicking.
"Finally! We reached the surface once more! Now, we shall change this world back to its original form, a Utopia, a paradise! the King looks up to the night sky and raised his hands. "Great stars of Pleiades, I control your gravitational force, fall unto this doomed planet and change it back to what it was before!"
"What are you doing?! You can't take back what was in the past, it's now history!" Daisuke shouts. "You can't just change this world that quick!"
"Watch me..." the King raised his hand over the city and the earthquake got higher to magnitude 6.8.
Th star Pleiades is now closing to the Solar System because of the King's great control of gravity.
"By the power of gravity, which controls the seismic energy of this world, I shall change this place back to what it was before these destructive humans live!"
The earthquake's intensity got higher to magnitude 7.5 to 8.0, it was felt around the world.
"You can't do this to all of us!!!"
"Oh yes, I can!" the King challenged.
The magnitude level rises up to 8.5 to 9.5 and destroyed many civilian structures. The star is getting close to Earth's atmosphere. The earthquake intensity scale reaches to magnitude 10, the strongest known earthquake ever since the extinction of dinosaurs.
"This is not yet the end!!!!"
When the Pleiades reached the ozone layer, a great light appeared but the earthquake continues to rise up to magnitude 11.5, almost close to the asteroid attack during the extinction of dinosaurs. The star was pushed back by a Greek God who wandered the world, it was Atlas, the supporter of the heavens.
"How could you!!!" the king became angry.
The star pushed Atlas and he fell to the ground, it was almost too late.

Chapter 11: The Fall of Gravitas
When they all thought it was too late and the earthquake reached magnitude 12.3, thousands (or maybe millions) of people died in just one country and there are almost a billion dead around the globe. Famous structures were destroyed and flattened. The Empire State Building collapsed, the Statue of Liberty collapsed to the park where many people stayed. Tokyo Tower collapsed, destroying near establishments. Taj Mahal lost it's beauty, Petronas Towers collapsed like what happened to the twin towers of WTC. San Francisco Bridge collapses but more violent than the one from an earlier earthquake. The greatest earthquake brought chaos, death, and destruction around the whole world. It shook communities and governments which made people think that it's the end.
When the 9 major stars of the constellation of Taurus (Pleiades), Atlas, Pleione, Maia, Electra, Taygete, Alcyone, Celeano, Sterope, and Merope, almost hit the Earth's surface, Atlas called out loud: "Pleiades, Seven Daughters, given birth by Pleione, my wife, I order you to wake up and save this wretched world from chaos!".
The 7 of the stars glowed while other 2 were thrown away by Atlas back to space. The 7th one stopped glowing but became dull and when it hit the surface, it's just like a feather falling to the ground, there's no damage. The other 6 still glows and opened, out came six of Atlas' daughters, except Merope, the youngest.
Daisuke and Constantine just stared at the lights on the heavens and as the other six were released, the dull star opened and out came Merope. Maia, the eldest, lands on the ground and began to speak: "People of this 'wretched' world, we come here to help you out from the terror of Gravitas, we know they've been controlling us since when we were thrown. Now, our very own father pulled us out from the slavery of the Gravitas, so we, the Pleiads, will take revenge against the evil force of Gravitas!" she said.
"Enough of talking, I control gravity and earth's magnetic poles. If I released all of it's powers, it contains a power of more than a magnitude of 50!" the king challenged.
"Is that a challenge? A threat? How dare you treat the Pleiads like that!" Maia shouted which shook the surface a little.
The earthquake gets weaker, it is now back to magnitude 10.3. The king raises his hands and it powers up again. It became magnitude 12.7.
"With the power of all of the Gravitas, the north and south will release a great magnetic shift. Destroy this world completely and leave nothing with your great shockwaves!"
Big holes in the ground open, some almost reached Hell. Volcanoes erupt. Mt. Everest collapsed and buried everything on its foot. Mt. Fuji also collapsed which affected Japan's agriculture. Life was almost wiped out off the planet. The earthquake is already at magnitude 13.
The north and south poles released their shockwaves, which contain a power of more than magnitude 50. The Antarctic and Arctic were wiped out of the map.
"Constantine, is it the end? Will we die like this?" Daisuke said crying. "Kuroi... BlackCotton... Harukia... Miaka... my family... they are all being wiped out..."
Constantine hushed him. "This is what you have to do, close your eyes... and think about the good ol' days." he said as he blocks Daisuke's eyes.
When Daisuke was closing his eyes, Constantine collected all the energy he can get. As he suck energy, great tidal waves hit the shores of Chile, South Africa, Australia, and Pacific Islands. The earthquake was at magnitude 13.2.
When Constantine got the enough power, the Pleiads even gave their power to him. He glows rainbow-ish then when opens his eyes, they were made of psionic energy. He released a great streak of light to the Earth's atmosphere which calmed the planet. The Kingdom of Gravita was eaten by the ground.
"No!!! NO!!! We're almost NEAR!!! We can't JUST..." the king shouted.
The king survived. He saw Merope walking. He gets near her and killed her. The Pleiads suddenly felt that one of their sisters died, since Merope is a mortal, she died quickly.
"Even though my kingdom is back underground, I can bring them back!"
As Constantine continues to blow out streaks of light, every damaged part of the world are repaired and life were given back to those who died. After that, he fainted. When Daisuke opened his eyes, he saw Constantine lying on the floor and he hurries to help him.
"With the power of gravity, I order my Kingdom to rise to the surface but not making a great earthquake!" the kingdom did rose back but no earthquake took place this time.
The Gravitas gathered all of their energy to defeat the Pleiads. Because of great anger, the Pleiads also gathered all of their stored energy and released it to the Gravitas. When the Gravitas releases their power, it was no match for the Pleiads' so it countered and leads back to them, since there are two powers combined, the damage over them is doubled. The castle of Gravitas was damaged, including the Pylon of Gravitas.The king lost his power to use gravity. The Pleiads were about to kill the king but their father, Atlas, stopped them. "Violence could only lead to more violence, you should not do it." Atlas said.
When the Pleiads fall back, Lucifer appeared beside the king. "The Furies are gone and you are also defeated by the Mitsuki?! You disappoint me!" he said.
"No, please... I don't wanna die, let me live, please..."
Lucifer opened the king's chest and gets his heart, he squeezes it and the king died. Daisuke saw what happened and was shocked. Lucifer then released a great energy over the castle and brought it back down to where it was before.
"There, the civilization of Gravitas is gone..." he sighed.
He disappeared after what he did. The king's body dematerializes and vanished into thin air.
The Pleiads led them to their house so they could rest. Now that this wave of the evil forces is finished, the next one is coming...
At the Great Pyramid of Cholula, Mexico...
"It's your turn now, feathered serpent..." Lucifer said.
"Of course, Master, now what is it that you want?" a mysterious voice from the shadows said.

Chapter 12: A Peek To The Future
Far in Cholula, central Mexico, even though already in ruins, Lucifer visits the area.
"Feathered Serpent, I'm already here... are you there?" he said, with his echoing all around the four corners of the pyramid.
"Master! Good, you are already here! I've been waiting for you, now what is it that you want?"
"I want you to show the people of Earth the great distant future."
"The 'distant future'? Are you talking about the Long Count?"
"Close... but not it, the Mayans just didn't predicted the final plague that will fall on Earth, Satan's reign.
"How am I going to show it? I can't just show our plans to them."
"Base your vision to what the Mayans think of, the Long Count Calender, if Daisuke, our target, believed that the world will end in such a short time, he might surrender to us to give him the powers to save the world!"
The feathered serpent bows and flies to Japan (via Pacific Ocean) to let the people see on the end of the world.
In Japan, documentaries about the end of the world (2012 theories, to be exact) were aired in the TV stations.
"These documentaries are so... corny! Saying about the end of the world, for just a short time from now." Daisuke refuses to believe the program.
"You're right, why do scientists today believe in the theories made by Nostradamus and the Mayans? Only God knows when will the end of the world be." Constantine agrees with Daisuke.
The program was cut for a short report.
"We cut the current program for us to see this exclusive news...

Constantine collected enough energy to release a fire ball to counter the Cold Fire. But unfortunately, the fire was still weak against the fire and Constantine was froze.
