Reina is strong-spirited and good hearted, which causes her intentions sometimes get in the way of her orders. However, when necessary, she carries out her duties flawlessly, and will do whatever she can to keep to the mission, and keep her allies alive in the process.
After being forced to leave her post as a mercenary due to an infestation, Reina partnered up with Agent Kennedy in order to fight the Virus that seemed to be following them. She eventually fell for Leon, and is currently in a relationship with him.
On one mission in Washington DC, in an attempt to save the President's daughter, Ashley, Reina had a run in with an unnamed man who had previously attempted to kill Leon. He attacked her and tried to impregnate her, however due to her natural healing abilities, she managed to remove the eggs before they could attach to her womb. However, in the process, she lost the baby she already had within her. She and Leon both have vowed to kill him in revenge.
