Fried Laptop I need to check my laptop again later on, but I accidently dropped a drop or two of water from my Starbucks Frappe. I saw where it dropped--or thought I did--and cleaned it up. After a few minutes I heard some crackling sounds...It was from my laptop! Apparently some water drops went into one of the air vents and onto the motherboard! D: Now I waited about 30 minutes - 1 hour and I tried turning on my laptop again. Instead it just freezes and crackling sounds come out of the speakers. At the moment I am worried that my laptop is friend. Hopefully after some more air drying it will work. crosses fingers

That's got to suck, maybe when it dries out (like a day or so) it will be ok but all you can do right now is try to hope for the best.
