Soma is a true newborn vampire. He ages like a human but he had gotten to that point where his body will stop changing for many centuries to come.
Soma was raised by a single mother. His father had ditched after he was born not wanting to take in any part of raising his own child. Well for that his mother had hunted his father down and killed him for leaving.
His mother had been asked for her hand in marraige many times by other male vampires but they only wanted her and not the child since he was a new born. And she did not want to leave her child so she never got married.
As a little kid his mother would dress him as a little girl, she really just wanted a girl but had him. Some could say thats why he looks a bit girly for a boy today, was because of his mother doing this and that to her little boy dressing him up, buying him the wrong things.
But no worries girls, he turned out a fine man who likes girls.
Soma was never taught to feed on blood until he was 16 years old, his mother did not want her child to be some barbaric blood thirsty monster like most vampires today.
Soma at first did not like the taste of blood or what he was doing but eventually he had gotten used to it and it had became apart of him like every other vampire.
Well skipping the past and to now, his mother is still very well alive. And now he is a bit older he pretty much is finding out the world for himself though not too far from his mother.
