A Simple Comment "I am not gay but I have FRIENDS..." Get that line all the time. It is sweet that you are supporting gay rights, but let's face it, we'll never have them (at least not in my lifetime anyway). What is devastating is that I cannot even get married in the state I was born. When Prop.8 passed I cried in my girlfriend's arms. Humans have not changed. I constantly get: -harassed -mocked -blamed -and receive death threats So maybe some of you have witnessed change, but I certainly have not.
