The Boy In Striped Pajamas
This is a tribute to the movie The Boy In Striped Pajamas by me.

The fence that had seperated two supposed enemies had been overcome. A little boy raised under the rule of Hitler, and one who was taken to be brought up in a concentration camp. Bruno and Shmuel. Together they ran to find someone 'lost': Shmuel's father. They searched the Jewish boy's hut in order to find him, yet there wasn't even a clue.
While in the makeshift housing, the men that slept there and the two boys were filed out without explanation by Nazi soliders.
As they were taken from the hut, Bruno's mom had discovered his absence from the house, the front yard, the back. She interrupted Bruno's father, a Nazi officer, in the middle of a meeting to tell him of his missing son.
Together, along with Bruno's sister, family maid, and a few officers, did they venture out to find him.
What they found? A boy's clothing near an electric fence, a shovel, and a hole dug under the divide.
At the time of this finding, Bruno and Shmuel were being told that they were going to take a shower and needed to remove their clothing. The men around them protested. Both boys questioned the solider's orders, but they followed instruction.
Dozens upon dozens of 'Striped Pajamas' fell to the floor, yet the anxiety was building. It was mounting onto the back of every man. Every single Jewish man.
They, including Bruno and Shmuel, were placed inside of a room. The door slammed shut, and the officers had exited.
Already dimmed lights flickered off, creating a mass panic amoung the room's inhabitants. Bruno and Shmuel clasped their hands together, and their last bit of child-like innocence had crumbled. Together...they suffered through the acid rain that fell onto them.
Together a boy who was raised under a Nazi officer, and a boy brought up under Jewish religion suffered through the woes of war. They endured each splattering, searing drop of man's poison.
Together they died. Along with the men around them screaming in agony. These Jewish men who had built a life before the war had then, at that very moment, watched it melt away just as their defenses had.
The room was silent, yet outside there were shouts of 'Bruno!' and the cries of a mother who was dealt with the weight of her son's death. There with her was her daughter, clinging to her mom at the loss of her brother. She tried to give comfort, but nothing would be able to condone the devastation.
The eyes of an officer were blinded by tears as he shouted for his son one last time. The very same mass that had mounted upon each Jewish man - it rest on the Nazi officer's shoulders.
Bruno and Shmuel did not die in vain. But they did, however, die in pain.
