I have barely been on Gaia for a couple months. I've been grounded this past week and been loaded with homework. I just recently quit my job. *yay* I have a Ap Chemistry semester test next week, a Spanish test, and Adv. English 11 semester test, and a Chemistry lab book due next week. oh yea, and an Algebra II homework folder due Monday. SO MUCH FUN! *twitch*
My computer died when my dad decided to change my wireless connection to a network connection. FAIL! He just changed the cable and now it works...eh...I guess decently. He said it works better than before, but since I've been grounded I haven't tried it out yet. Right now, I'm at my grandmother's house using this really shitty AOL dial-up connection. Hey, it gets the job done. surprised
I haven't checked out any of the new thigns on here...yet. I just got a PM from my penpal Vek that he got my letter. *hyper* and Melanie in Holland that she got my letter (with the CDs I hope).
Anyhoo, other than internet relations. I'm kinda dating this guy I met at the bookstore...hee...he looks like a guy from the Beatles but with brown hair and blue eyes. He's about a year 1/2 younger than I am, but he's really nice. We aren't "boyfriend/girlfriend" which is a good start for now. We go to different schools (so that's good since there won't be too much of that pain-in-the-a** gossip) and he makes really good grades. *yay* So, that's a plus with my parents. We went on our 'first date' last weekend and saw AeonFlux. AWESOME MOVIE! The cartoon is...confusing. We tried to watch that on DVD before we went to see the movie. It was very...sexual...O_O; To say the least. We might go to a movie tonight, or tomorrow night...or even both if we're lucky. Next on the list is Narnia...I think. I wanna see Chicken Little before it leaves the theaters. blaugh
My parents and I haven't been getting along too great. I'm not seeing a counselor anymore *yucky* and I kinda miss that person to talk to. I talk to my friends, my aunt, my cousin, my grandparents, and Robby...that's about it...*shrug* That's good enough. My cousin and her husband (and the cute little baby they just had that I'm kinda OBSESSED with) are moving a lot closer to where I live, so...that gives me somewhere to go. My parents and I got into a really big fight about 2 weeks ago and my mother almost left the family. Yes, she almost divorced my dad. It got REALLY REALLY bad, but I got her to stay. Yea, it's times like these when you feel suicide is ALWAYS an option when it...well...really isn't. My mom is in Florida right now for one of her mini-vacations. I wasn't able to go because of all of my schoolwork and testing. Bleh.
I feel really bad for my friend "Stitched" (not her gaia name, just a nickname) Her family sent iher to the "insane people place" and we don't know why. Sure, she may have some problems with her past, but she's able to control herself now and seems pretty okay. ^_^ I don't want her to go. sad We'll all miss her, and her birthday is next week! *cry* I told her that when she was going to call me so I can go with her. I was going to go to that place anyways; might as well go with a friend.
