It's the Forth of July today. This be America's Independence Day.

Before we moved to this house, (about four years ago) we shot off fireworks in our neighborhood. I think it was legal. We never got in trouble...but perhaps that has changed since.
In this neighborhood, we are allowed to set off fireworks in the neighborhood park. But our family never goes. We don't really hang around our neighbors here. Some of them are...not very sociable.
Whoever is at the park on Independence Day drinks beer and leaves their trash everywhere. *guh* I think they are party whores.
