This isn't really an orginal cake rescipe idea im sure its in pleanty of cook books but i thought id share with my close friends <3

What you'll need:

-One Contaner of Cool Whip
-One box of White Cake mix
-one box of your favorite Jell-o
-cooking spray
-food coloring (if disired read below for more info)
-One 13x9inch glass oven pan (this is a one layer cake)
-mixing bowl
-small pot
-fork
-mixing spoon
-mixer


Step One:

-Start off by reading the box of the cake mix for ingredints and baking instuctions. Please follow the intructions on the box :3
-Take the mixing bowl and pour the White Cake mix and the ingredints listed on the box of the cake mix into the mixing bowl. This would be a good time to preheat the oven to the heat the box says ;3
-use the mixer to mix the ingredents together
-once the cake batter is well mixed; take the 13x9 inch glass pan and spray the bottem of the pan with cooking spray to insure the cake won't stick.
-Now take the well mixed cake batter and pour it into the pan until the pan is evenly layered with the cake batter.
-Now take the pan and put it in the oven for the cake to bake. Follow the time indicated on the box of the cake mix.

*Tip! You know a cake is completely cooked when you stick a tooth pick in it and it comes out clean <3

Step Two:
-About 15-20 minutes into the cake's bake time in the oven start preping to make the jell-o
-Take the small pot and follow intructions on the jell-o box
-wait for the water to come to a boil then add the jell-o poweder into the boiling water.
-stir the jell-o poweder in the small pot until its completel disolved and then turn off the flame.
-now the jell-o box should say something about adding some cold water to the jell-o. go ahead and do that and stir it around.
-by now the cake should be done or near to being done.

Step Three:
-Take the baked cake out of the oven
-take the fork and poke holes in the top of the cake
-Now take the pan of hot jell-o mix and try to pour it as evenly as possiable over the cake.
-Now take the cake and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until cold.

Step Four:
-Take the Cool whip out now and open it up.
-You can now take the food coloring if you want and add a few drops to the cool whip to give it the color you want. mix the coolwhip and the food coloring until completely mixed together.

Step Five:
-Now take the cold cake out of the fridge.
-Take the cool whip w/ food coloring (if you wanted to color it) and spread it evenly on top of the cake.

Now its ready to serve! You can add sprinkles on top if you want as well!
