Okay, as a special vampire treat, I present preveiws of 4 vampire movies.
The first of which is The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
The Story: It shows how Bella Swan deals with breaking up with her vampire boyfriend, Edward Cullen, and her new werewolf buddy, Jacob.
The Good: First off, the effacts look awesome. Then, the story is pretty good and they didn't screw it up by changing any of the minor or major characters. The last movie seemed more like it was ment to be an indie-type movie, rather then a blockbuster, so we can hope thats repeted. and the soundtrack was pretty good so hope again.
The Bad: Annoying girls screaming their bloddy heads off, cheesy dialouge, the book wasn't all that good, and they changed the directer who worked wonders with the first in my eyes.
See It?: It's a toss up. I'd watch it because i'm a faithful fan but, hay, your choice.
Next is, Blood: The Last Vampire
The Story: Half-vampire Saya does some awesome fighting with the Onigen, and evil vampire lord-type thing.
The Good: Most imports are visually stunning and from what ive seen, it is. Also, the story seems as good as the anime.
The Bad: Too much special effects and fighting can really ruin a movie.
See It?: this is also a toss up. you might not understand the movie unless you've seen the anime, but you'll wanna see it as soon as you see the preveiw.
Now is my personal favorite, Cirque Du Freak!
The Story: Young Darren Shan is turned into a half-vampire by Mr. Crepsley, a mysteroius vampire with a traveling cirque, to save a friend. The movie fallows Darren throught the first 3 CDF books, A Living Nightmare, The Vampire's Assistent(my favorite), and Tunnels of Blood.
The Good: A great cast, Selma Hayak as Tsuaka(the bearded lady), John C. Reilly(from Stepbrothers)as Mr. Crepsley, Patrick Fugit as Evra Von(my favorite actor as my favorite character), Ken Watanabe as Mr. Tall, and Chris Massoglia as Darren Shan to name a few. From what i've seen the movie will be almost as stunning as the books and shot in a fitting location: New Orlens- the home of the vampires!
The Bad: one of the best male characters is now a women and the date of the release has been swiching dates often.
See It?: Hell yeah! The books were great, the manga too, and the movie looks just as good.
Now, the last movie, which hasnt even began filming, Dark shadows.
The Story: It fallows the anchent vampire Barnabus Collins of soap oprea fame.
The Good: Jonny Depp as a vampire, need I say more?
The Bad: There isn't any info on the movie.
See It?: Hard to say. You'll need to wait and see.
