I am absolutely, positively peeved.
I was suppose to close on my house today, and 3 hours before closing i got this list of repairs that needed to be made before i would be able to close. Needless to say, I didn't get to close today.
Repairs to be made:
1. Install Refregerator [done]
2. Install Stove [done]
3. Exposed wires in kitchen [done]
4. Replace Smoke detectors [done]
5. Outlet covers missing [done]
6. Gas valve [done]
7. Water heater overflow pipe [done]
8. Floor needed in workshop
9. Fireproof sheet rock needed in garage
10. Railing [done]
11. Toilet looks plugged, (was just dirty) [done]
12. Shower valve, not working. [Finally done]
I ******** hate people
