So, I need a new hair straightener. I asked my mom to get it a week ago and was very patient until now. She came home yesterday with the wrong one. It's too small for my thicker than thou hair. Ever since I was 7, I've told her, "Buy what I want or nothing." Period. They didn't have the same straightener I had before, so she grabs a different one from the same company. Ugh. Like I said, it's too small and I'll have to wake up even earlier because it'll take longer, and I'm not going to try it, because we need to bring it back to the store, but I don't know if it'll get hot enough. My hair is also really curly and I need it to be reeeally hot. Anyway, she's boycotting Target currently because they wouldn't let the Salvation Army do their thang there. Yeah, that's bad, but if Target is the only place where I can buy my straightener, then go! For crying outloud. I cannot do the hairstyles I want to do with curly hair. Plus, straight hair looks better on me, and that's a fact. I also need a haircut, but my hair has to be straightened when I get one, etc. Basically, the hair straightener improves me life, kk? So we got into a fight over it. *le sigh* She drove off somewhere about 45 minutes ago, and I'm going to assume it's to go to Target, or atleast to get the money back from the other straightener. I'm sure I'll get my straightener soon. My mom can't deny that I need a hair cut. It's already 3 inches longer from the original cut.

UPDATE!
She just came home. Yup! From Target. And yes, MY hairstraightener IS bigger. Hah, in your face, mom. She came in and was like "It's the same size" and then I showed her and she was like "I'm done talking about this." Uh huh. Same size. Riight. Plus, the other one has messed up edges that will flip the ends. Hello! I want STRAIGHT hair! Not mostly straight! -_-;; Well, I'm just glad I have it.
