oh my gosh. 5:12 in the morning and i get woke up by my dog. I go downstairs and try and figure out what's going on before I know it My dog is in the middle of our gate killing something all I can hear are screeches and yelps like a crow or squierrel. Then I look up and i see this huge raccoon climbing on my fence and my mom scares it away. A couple of minutes pass and then some more. and we open the first gate and it's dark and i'm near sitred so i can't see. But my mom turns on the light in the middle of the Gates and There's my dog killing something. She eventually comes out and I look at it. IT'S a RACCOON!! and my mom tells me that it was probably the other raccoon that was on the fences' pup [or what ever raccoon cubs are called] So Livie [dog's name] goes and burries it and walks around panting. so me and my mom go inside for a little bit. When we come back out my dog is on the top Of the GATE! she jumps down into the middle area and sniffs around. And all the while i'm thinking "Wholly fudge my dog can jump the fence! She can get out! I need a taller fence or a tracking device!" And then she chills out and all goes back to normal.
that was my morning. I have a actual fence jumping dog!! and she's not that big either! She's a labrador sharpiae mix and our fence where she jumped was 5 feet. And the other time she got out for a killling spree the fence was 5 feet 4 inches where she jumped. I have a fricken ninja dog!
