Deep within a monster rages,
One of many inside their cages.
They scream, they bellow, they shriek and roar,
Hungering for anger, hungering for more.
Dreaded monsters full of madness,
Once they're out they cause a bad mess.
When monster dies we will regret,
Of things we've done to those we've met.
We silently retreat back to our self,
Sometimes worrying about others' health.
But the circle will start up once again,
Within that circle it will never end.
But help of others might break this chain,
Then a new wisdom we shall gain.
Lesson of this poem is quite so simple,
Don't bottle your rage up even though,
Life gives you stress throughout your life,
Just remember to not give to that strife.
Live your life and live it proud,
Vent that anger with your crowd.
Don't let anger bottle up again,
Have some fun with your friend.
