OUTSIDE THE PRINCESS’S WINDOW
I saw, a handsome young Prince, with eyes like sapphire, hair like brown silk, skin like white as snow, and a face so perfect and round, a silken brown vest, and brown trousers, about six feet four inches, he may be a little older than I, surrounding him, a rainbow of flowers, and ferns,
This day is different; it’s so bright and shiny, maybe its spring? Before today, it was gray and cloudy, but today is sunny and bright! The sun is so bright and vibrant, so beautiful and I feel so relaxed!
This handsome young prince comes, and goes I see him often, walking amongst the garden, or ridding his beautiful black stallion,
It’s so colorful outside, so vibrant, it looks like spring, and I feel so happy!
I can just see the golden gates so far away, behind the rainbow garden, I can’t see the fellow peasants that live near and far,
The red woodpecker, always at my golden birdfeeder.
