I am staring at the rain
watching as it falls from the sky.
so much beauty yet i feel like i could cry
i sit on this rock thinking to myself
how long is he going to stay?
and when will the darkest night go to day?
his soul is beautiful
but his heart is a shard of glass
and i promise i will not let it break...
and i'll do what ever it takes
to turn this shard of glass into a crystal
because when i am in his arms
there are twice as many stars in the sky
baby you where there when my hopes failed
and now it's my turn to show how much i care
and that i won't leave
i promise i will never fly away
and for you baby i would die
please don't let the shard shatter
