Before Kyo became a guardian he was training as a Assassin, He got to the top of his class quickly, advancing enough to pass the Teacher, Which got him unwanted fame from Assassin's everywhere, They tried to kill him repeatedly, he Decided that he wanted to give up with his past, Getting multiple names until a Goddess greeted him, telling that she would make everyone forget him and his past if he would Protect Fate, Making him become a Guardian, He Gladly accepted.

Rika (sorta sappy. o.o)

Rika had always loved to see others smile, and be healthy, He decided at a young age that he would become a doctor and save millions of lives, but he had a fear of blood ever since his parents were stabbed in front of him at the age of 4 by a shadowy figure, He ignored his fear for years untill it got bearable to see blood, He found his love of saving lives easily, as well as the love of his life, as the years passed the fear of Blood got worse for him, he started to have nightmares of his mother and father dying in front of him, and the patients that just couldnt be saved until one day he fell into a state of depression, His love saw his spiral downwards and wished to the god's he would get better, Every day she would walk across town to his Mother and fathers Shrine and placed one colored pebble down, and threw away one grey one every day, as the months passed Rika started to feel alittle better, enough to go back to the work he loved so much, But his love still did it, one day she brought Rika to the shrine which he hadnt been at for 20 years, he was astonished to see every Grey pebble was gone, and replaced with Colorfull pebbles, Rika loved what she had done, a few years passed and Rika's Love still visited the Shrine daily to check it out and made sure no one had vandalized it, One day While his love was making her way to the shrine she was hit by a car and was rushed to the hospital That Rika Worked at, She was put in intense care, Rika didnt sleep for days while she was in the hospital, until one day She woke up slightly, doing small gestures and noises, Her family went to her side and Blamed Rika for her ill being, Rika, too, blamed himself, he wasnt able to work, sleep, or eat for days, One day he visited her in the hospital and told her that he wouldnt give up, and that he knew she was strong enough to get through it, He didnt Cry at all, He only held onto her hand and started to hum her favourite songs to her, He stayed there for days until one day while He was talking to her, a small smile appeared on the side of her mouth just before Becoming Limp, For hours He didnt let go of her cold hand as he stared at her colorless face, until she was removed from the hospital, after that He didnt Do anything, he quit his job, he didnt leave the house, not even for her Funeral, Until it got too much and he Prayed to the gods, one day a God Answered, saying that he could get her back by sacrificing himself, He accepted Knowing That it would be better her be alive than him, The deal was done and His love was revived, while he was Killed, He spent his time as a Healing Spirit and watched his love slip into depression about his death Until a goddess came to him asking if he would become a Guardian of Fate, He accepted on one condition, That his love would forget anything about him, The goddess agreed.
