I think that 1400 calories is what I need to eat. At least for now (I'll see what happens when I weigh myself this weekend). Yesterday, I didn't exercise (didn't get home from work until 5! I worked 10 hours yesterday... gross.) and I felt good! No cravings or anything.
Today I WILL go exercising... it's still really wet from yesterday's amazing storm (it came all the way from Japan! ******** yeah!) so I used Temescal's gym. I had to get off of the recumbent bike after 20 minutes because it was making my back feel odd. I finished up the rest of the time on the eliptical, and made sure I did several really hard intervals. It was a good workout.
Addendum: After doing some research today, I have concluded that 1400 calories is fine for me AS A BASE. It came up as the lowest of the several calculations that I did (for maintenance... I'm hoping to lose a couple of pounds of fat) with a body fat percentage of 30. I highly doubt my BF% is that high - it was 35% right after I got cured for Cushings, and, though I haven't done a ton of exercise in those 6 years, I've done some. Another test I did with waist measurement said that I had 20%. I think that's too low. So, I think that, unless I lose a s**t-ton of weight, I'm sticking with 1400 calories.
As for how much I should eat on the days I exercise? I have no ******** clue.
Anyways, today's food menu:
Breakfast - veggie egg scramble - 395 calories
Lunch - Ants on a log - 270 calories
Snack - half a tortilla - 94 calories
Dinner - Curry - 500 calories
