So, today, I went on a short ride with my dad. It had a horrible hill, but I made it up. It was painful. It might not have helped that I rode yesterday too. Oh well, I think this may be the start of me riding every day, or almost every day.
Still can't really count calories. I'm going to cut back on my sugar - only ONE cookie a night, no matter how many calories I have left (I'm just going to have larger meals.)
In a while, if my pimples still don't clear up, I'm cutting out sugar even more.
