Yesterday's bike ride was easy and fun. I probably went a bit harder than I should, but oh well.
I don't think 50 calories for every 15 minutes of exercise is enough... I was craving food last night again. I'm going to try it one more time, though, and delay dessert until a few hours before I go to bed.
